How will I receive my digital products?
"Immediately after completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a direct download link. You can also access your files at any time from the 'My Account' section on our website."
Are the samples compatible with my keyboard?
"Our samples are designed specifically for models such as Korg Kronos, Yamaha Motif and Roland. Please check each product description to ensure compatibility with your model and format (WAV, KMP, etc.) before purchasing."
What happens if I lose my download link?
"Don't worry. If you lose the mail or link, just contact us with your order number and we'll send you a new one right away. Your purchases are safe with us." You will have access in your account to the digital download for life or until you cancel your account.
Do you offer technical support for installation?
"Yes! We offer basic technical assistance to help you load the samples into your keyboard. If you have difficulties, you can send us a message through our contact form and we'll walk you through the process."
Do downloaded samples lose audio quality?
No. As digital files (WAV/KMP), the quality is identical to studio quality. The download does not compress or degrade the sound; you will receive the maximum resolution compatible with your keyboard.
Do you offer rebates on digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if you have any technical problems with the file or if there was an error in your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
