01. Digital Products
Due to the nature of the digital downloads, Once the link has been sent, we cannot offer refunds. We recommend reviewing the audio demos before purchasing.
02. Hardware (USB/SD Card)
If you bought a physical bookstore, you have 15 days to report technical failures. The device must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use for exchanges. We sent another to replace the original.
03. Technical Support
Having trouble with installation? Before requesting a return, please contact our team. We resolve 99.1% of compatibility issues with Korg, Yamaha, and Roland.
04. Exceptions
Refunds will only be processed in cases of duplicate purchases due to a system error or if the digital file is corrupted and we cannot replace it.
