Physical Products (Keyboards & Hardware)

• Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition: Must be in original packaging and unused.

• Shipping: Returns should be sent to: 1520 S MONROE ST. MOSES LAKE, WA 98837. Use a trackable service.

Digital Products (Multi-samples & Sound Packs)

• Policy: Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads and multi-samples are final once the download link has been sent or accessed.

• Technical Issues: If a file is corrupt or incompatible (despite meeting stated requirements), please contact info@jbelizstudio.com for technical support or a manual replacement.
